Clicking the "place order" button completes your transaction. Please click only once to prevent multiple charges. If we are unable to verify your credit card information for any reason, you will be notified of a payment details verification error and be allowed to correct it. A hold for the amount of your purchase may be placed on your credit card by your financial institution each time you click the "place order" button. Your card will not be charged until your order ships and any hold due to verification error will expire shortly.


Orders may take one to two business days to process before they ship out, plus seven to ten business days for standard shipping orders to be received. We DO NOT guarantee same-day shipping; this applies to standard, next day, second day, and third day deliveries. Any order placed after 11:00am PST will not begin processing until at least the next business day. Orders ship Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Antec does not offer Saturday delivery for orders. Please be sure the billing address you give matches what your credit card company has on file. If what you give us does not match, this will cause a delay in processing your order.


Orders over $20.00 are shipped "Signature Required". If you want to waive the signature required, please note this in the comments field upon placing your order.


Antec's warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.


Refurbished items are fully functional and often look new, but may have minor blemishes. They may or may not ship in retail box. All B Stock comes with a limited 90 day warranty only. Antec accepts no responsibility for and does not warrant the condition of the finish of B stock items.


For Will Call orders, we will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up at 47900 Fremont Blvd. Fremont, CA. Pick up hours are Monday thru Friday from 10:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 5:00pm except for company holidays. Once you have been notified your order can be picked up at shipping/receiving located at the back of the building.


For orders shipping to US Military bases or other out-of-the-way locations like the Canadian North, the shipping charges calculated in our cart may not reflect the actual shipping charges. Antec will contact you with the details of any variance before shipping, and will require your agreement to the altered shipping charges. We apologize for any delay and inconvenience this may cause.
